​£11 per class payable in
​half term blocks. Discount for booking more than one block per week, and you don't pay for when you're away, as long as you tell me before the block commences. Catch-ups are possible for missed classes that have been paid for. 

​Private Classes

Daytime Slots Monday-Thursday.

In the comfort of your own home, at a local venue in the West Bridgford Area (additional room rental charges may apply), Mats and small equipment are provided.

Alternatively private classes can be virtual via Zoom.

Cost
​£50 or share a session with a friend for £80.

​Virtual Classes

Via Zoom. Numbers are strictly limited in all classes to provide individual attention

Weds 5.30pm -6.30pm

A recording of the class is provided for 7 days after each session, so you can repeat the session in your own time.
