​£10 per class payable in
​half term blocks. Discount for booking more than one block per week, and you pay for when you're away, as long as you tell me before the block commences. Catch-ups are possible for missed classes that have been paid for. 

​Private Classes

Daytime Slots Monday-Thursday.

In the comfort of your own home, at a local venue in the West Bridgford Area (additional room rental charges may apply), Mats and small equipment are provided.

Alternatively private classes can be virtual via Zoom.

Cost
​£45 or share a session with a friend for £60.

​Virtual Classes

Via Zoom. Numbers are strictly limited in all classes to provide individual attention

Weds 5.30pm -6.30pm

​Catch-ups are possible for missed classes.

A recording of the class is provided for 7 days after each session, so you can repeat the session in your own time.
